Strongly recommended to install from Stock or high chances of bricking. ( About 85 % )

1. Go to CWM Recovery
2. Clear/Wipe Data
3. Clear/Wipe Cache
4. Advanced > Clear/Wipe Dalvik cache
5. Install zip from sd card > Choose desired ROM
6. Reboot
7. Done

If you are on a custom ROM do these steps at your own risk. It may fail sometimes !

1. Go to CWM
2. Clear/Wipe Data & Cache
3. Advanced > Clear Dalvik Cache
4. Mounts and Storage > Format /system
5. Mounts and Storage > Mount /system
6. Install ZIP from SD Card > Choose ROM.
7. Reboot

Now you have succesfully installed SGS3 Rom on your device. ENJOY
